Birthday Dinner at David and Amy's House, for all 3 of us! Mine 19th May, Nana Shirley 26th May, Andrew 1st June.
David prepared a real spread for our early supper. Turkey, and what I like to call 'his famous potatoes' (they are seriously marketable), strawberry spinach salad, corn on the cob (I miss how much real corn taste like, Mexican corn is bland, the sweet juicy corn here is awesome).
For dessert angle food cake, fruit squeers, and this yum sauce which Andrew and I could not stop dipping into with our fruit and cake. Its whipping cream mixed with vanilla powder and Kailua. Overall it was a wonderful visit.
