I hadn't felt the baby move most of the night and couldn't remember a time he moved at all this morning, so called my doctor to tell him that, and he asked me to go to the hospital right away to have a Stress Test done to see how the baby was faring. So went to do that right away, and laid there with the monitors strapped to my belly for an hour. Thankfully everything was normal, and the baby is fine, normal heart beat etc.

Later this afternoon I went to the doctor to show him the results and go for my normal check up. Good news! The cord is no longer around the baby's neck, and everything seems well with him. The doc checked me too to see if the baby had dropped, but no, everything still in tact, so he says it will probably be another week. Lord help me to have patience, he said to see him again Wednesday, April 2nd.
